Which CDJR Vehicles come with the Lifetime Warranty?
The Warranty applies to all CDJR vehicles that qualify for the Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty that are new and not excluded from our Lifetime Warranty program.
How long is the Limited Lifetime Warranty included with my CDJR Vehicle really good for?
The Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is valid for as long as you own your DCJR Vehicle - for an unlimited time, unlimited miles.
Is the Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty transferable?
No. The warranty applies to the original purchasing owner when the CDJR Vehicle was sold as a new or demo vehicle.
How much does the warranty cost?
Zero. We're continuing to build "Customer for Life", so the Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty comes standard at no charge to you as of January 8th, 2021.
Is any additional maintenance required to maintain the warranty on my new CDJR Vehicle?
No. You must simply follow the manufacturer's REQUIRED maintenance schedule as referred to in the owner's manual.
Where am I covered, and what's the deductible?
The Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is good anywhere in the USA or Canada and has a $100.00 per visit deductible.
Do I have to service my CDJR Vehicle at Jacky Jones CDJR of Hayesville NC?
No. Our award winning service department will certainly exceed your expectations, but you are not required to come here. To keep the Warranty in force, you must perform all of CDJR's REQUIRED maintenance and keep the records. It's that easy! (Please remember, if you have your service performance here, we will maintain all of those records for you.)
