Vehicle information - The more details we can get about your trade-in, the more accurate our estimate will be. The information that helps us determine your vehicle's value is:

Options - Generally, a used vehicle with many options is more attractive to buyers. Does your trade-in have a leather interior or alloy wheels? Is it equipped with satellite radio and a navigation system? Figure out all the options your vehicle has and let us know so we can factor it into your trade-in value.     

Vehicle History - The number of drivers and the quality of maintenance can have an impact on value, so it's helpful to know if your vehicle was ever a lease or rental return, if the odometer is operational and accurate, and if you have available service records.     

Vehicle Rating - On a 1-10 scale, rate your vehicle's body, engine, glass, exhaust, tires, transmission, and interior. We'll be able to assess that during an appraisal, but knowing it upfront can speed along the trade-in process.     

Vehicle Assessment - Assess if everything works correctly, let us know if the vehicle has ever been in an accident, and point out any existing damage.
